Yes, it's all down to the stadium. Not the rubbish that gets served up by a team that looks like it can't be bothered to put in a shift.

The Boleyn was a scary, intimidating place to come and it was worth 10 points a season.
Now away teams come along, do some shopping at Westfield, eat pop corn in the ground, get 3 points and catch a show up West.
That’s what’s wrong with this fucking shit hole of a ground that I will never set foot in.

not the whole problem, but a massive contributor.
we are a disembodied club staggering around the premier league looking for a comfortable place to die.

Fucking hell. The DRUID DIVS and GOGGLEBOXERS are unbelievably thick.
Yeah, it's the stadium's fault that we're dog shit! Fucking hell!
Things were so great at our last ground; forget the four relegations in twenty-seven years and no trophy in thirty-six years there... The place was a fortress!

Our home form was massively important to us, kept us up / pushed us on on plenty of occasions.
Now we’ve fucked that home advantage off its showing...

Looks to me that other teams play fine in the stadium.

twoleftfeet, no it wasn't , we got humiliated playing there just as much we do at our new gaff. I don't like the os and would love to go back to upton park but don't dress it up as something it wasn't.

being that far away from the energy of their home fans effects the players sense of occasion like a theatre with people only seated in the balcony or a band in a concert having the front 10 rows empty. Psychological motivation

Wolves seemed to play well on it.
At the end of the day there is grass and a ball what else do they want, 50 plus thousand fans to cheer them on well they have that too as an advantage, basically our team are rubbish and are not gelling or they are not good enough, that is all it is..
As many have said other teams who have not even fucking stepped on that pitch can play well enough on it, ie Wolves today.

Opposition player, managers & officials have literally stated the exact same thing, hardly bollocks...
